If you buy car insurance in VASS, when the incident occurred, simply perform the following steps:

- Call emergency 1900 9249 for advices and opening indemnity file.
- Bring the car to linked garage for repairing
- Get back the car after it has been repaired

When incidents occur unintentionally, please report immediately to the police (within 24 hours) if:
